Overview: DISC profile is a leadership and personality assessment tool based on the Personality Theory of psychologist William Marston. The following version of the DISC profile was developed and validated by Dr. Tim Turner for the US Department of Justice and is provided here with permission to help you self-assess your Personality Profile as a part of your Leadership Development.

Instructions:  In the four columns below, there are six four-word groups. Please select two words in each group — one of which is MOST (M) like you, and one which is LEAST (L) like you and then submit it for scoring (there are no right or wrong answers so be honest please).  Your profile description will appear on this page after we score your data.
